章隽宇 博士、副研究员士生导师

目前主要研究方向:

持续性的应激暴露(现代社会各种长期压力)是引发抑郁症、焦虑症等精神疾病最常见的社会环境因素。大脑杏仁核区(Amygdala)是参与调控多种(负性或正性)情感的重要脑区。本人所在研究室长期致力于研究恐惧及焦虑障碍的脑神经机制。目前主要的研究内容包括利用模式动物、行为学方法、电生理技术以及多种分子生化手段,探究慢性应激如何影响不同神经环路中的杏仁核神经元结构功能的变化及其潜在机制,以期为有效干预焦虑症提供更为精确的干预靶点。
